So the song Young Folks by Peter Bjorn and John was just on the radio. Now it is in my head and I’ll be whistling for the remainder of the day. According to music guru Bryan Acker from HeroHill.com : “the whistle is addictive” and I totally agree with him. The worst part is I end up whistling the tune the whole day, and when I whistle it sounds like I just ate a full box of Saltine Crackers. It in no way sounds like the son, unless you are living inside my head.
As bad as it is having this song in my head…… (maybe its not that bad cause I kind of dig the song) its not nearly as bad as the time I got the Gwen Stefani song “Hollaback Girl” stuck in my head (I can’t believe I just admitted that). But it comes on the radio and before you know it you are driving down the road singing….

The song makes me cringe, but I can’t help sing along and then it sticks with me for days.
Just mentioning it has planted the seed and it’ll be next week before it’s gone.
Another bad one is the song from a Mini-Wheats commerical. It goes something like, “Mini wheats wheat wheats, I want the vanilla for so long …”
